YOUR TASKS Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for blades in collaboration with key stakeholders Drive price and capacity negotiations to secure competitive, best‑in‑class Nordex pricing Negotiate and manage global contracts (FPA, QAA, NDA, SERVICE) across the entire supply chain Lead category management activities and ensure alignment with all internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key suppliers to support long‑term growth Manage supplier‑related activities along the value chain, including expansion into new regions (EU, US, India, China) Drive proactive supplier engagement regarding Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, CSR, Sustainability and Innovation to meet KPIs YOUR PROFILE University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a related field experience in strategic sourcing and category management in the wind sector or a comparable international industry Strong negotiation capabilities with an end‑to‑end mindset and sound business judgement Structured, systematic and transparent working style High ownership mindset, strong service orientation and independent working capability Pragmatic and adaptable personality able to perform in dynamic environments Excellent communication skills and intercultural competency, fluent in English All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
